🎡 Carnival for a Cause 2025
Carnival for a Cause is more than just a carnival—it’s a grassroots celebration that brings families together while raising critical funds for over a dozen local community organizations in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
In its first year, this volunteer-driven event exceeded all expectations, welcoming 600+ attendees, and helping 12 community causes raise awareness, build stronger networks, and fund their programs. This year, we’re making it even bigger and better—with new games, a custom-built dunk tank, better prizes for the kids, and vibrant decorations to bring the carnival to life.

🚲 Bikes For Tykes
Hope Across Borders Inc. (HAB), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 93-3952747), proudly serves as the fiscal sponsor for the “Bikes for Tykes” campaign, operated by Guanacaste Sports Center. This initiative empowers children in the Guanacaste Region of Costa Rica, by providing bicycles for education, independence, and sustainability.

Empowering Young Minds in Nicaragua: Enhancing Learning through Essential Supplies
In 2023, Hope Across Borders launched an initiative focused on enriching education in Central America. Collaborating with Escuela Adelante in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua, our mission of supporting holistic student development and providing quality education to underprivileged students was actualized by supplying essential school items like art supplies, scissors, crayons, and pencils.
